Commercial transformation & Growth leader
As an entrepreneur at Elexan Growth AB, I work to enable small and medium-sized businesses to achieve sustainable growth. By leveraging my 30 years of expertise in business development, commercial management and entrepreneurship, I help organizations design effective structures, optimize customer experiences and develop product segmentation strategies that improve profitability and scalability.
More specifically, I am an international commercial manager with more than 20 years in global management teams and C-level roles with deep experience in helping organizations transform strong products and brands into global businesses. I am skilled at bridging the gap between innovation and commercialization by structuring go-to-market models, strengthening market positioning and building high-performing commercial teams.
I have led commercial transformation, digitalization and international expansion in Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia-Pacific. I am particularly motivated by working with founder-led or innovation-driven companies that are to be remade internationally but require a stronger commercial structure.
I combine strategic perspective with practical implementation and am comfortable in fast-moving environments where growth, change and international ambition go hand in hand

I help with both strategy and implementation, and often step into situations where companies need help creating brand platforms and getting design, product development and branding to harmonize with the company’s vision & mission. I also work operationally with carrying out photo shoots, design projects, developing a Brand Book etc.
Common in my assignments is that I work actively with both physical and digital presence and combine strategic clarity with operational implementation. I am a passionate leader who believes in collaboration, transparency and creating energy in the organization.
